Hawaiian Apple Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Apple Jack 40 ml
  • Cherry brandy 15 ml
  • Pineapple 15 g
  • Pineapple juice 20 ml
  • Crushed ice to taste
  • Cocktail cherries 1 unit

Directions

  • Cut the pineapple into small cubes.
  • Put them into the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Combine the Apple Jack and cherry brandy in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  • Pour into a Martini glass.
  • Before serving, garnish with cherries.
