Creamy Calvados Cocktail
Ingredients
- Apple Jack 100 ml
- Cream 50 ml
- Egg white 1
- Pineapple syrup 10 ml
- Crushed ice to taste
- White chocolate chips for garnish
Directions
- Separate the egg white from the yolk and whisk the egg white until frothy and stiff.
- Add the cream, pineapple syrup, Apple Jack and crushed ice.
- Shake the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour into a cocktail glass and sprinkle with white chocolate chips.
- Serve with a straw.
