Creamy Calvados Cocktail


  • Apple Jack 100 ml
  • Cream 50 ml
  • Egg white 1
  • Pineapple syrup 10 ml
  • Crushed ice to taste
  • White chocolate chips for garnish


  • Separate the egg white from the yolk and whisk the egg white until frothy and stiff.
  • Add the cream, pineapple syrup, Apple Jack and crushed ice.
  • Shake the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  • Pour into a cocktail glass and sprinkle with white chocolate chips.
  • Serve with a straw.
