Serendipity Cocktail
This cocktail is the true essence of France in a glass!
The Serendipity has become the favourite drink of visitors at the Bar Hemingway in Paris, France.
Ingredients
- 1 sprig fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Apple Jack 20 ml
- Apple juice 50 ml
- Champagne 100 ml
Directions
- Pour the Apple Jack (apple wine spirit) into a cocktail shaker, add the mint and the sugar and shake gently. Add crushed ice and apple juice.
- Shake gently again.
- Top with the champagne.
- Bon Appétit!
